The right individual will be responsible for responding to all ReadyKey ACD calls as they enter the call system and meet all department standards regarding call processing. Assist Dealers, Sales Representatives and Company personnel in applications related to ReadyKey and RAM (Remote Account Manager) installations. Performs special projects and problem site analysis as assigned.

The successful candidate will process a strong working knowledge of Radionics ReadyKey or a competitive product line, computer networking, as well as solid communication skills. 1-3 experience in customer service, access installation, computer networking or equivalent.

Skills needed are excellent troubleshooting, phone, and communications skills. Must be able to multi-task while working in a high energy / high volume environment. Requires 2 - 4 years experience installing and programming our product line or equivalent.
